Important Booking Policies: Deposits * A non-refundable $25 deposit is required for all services. * For services over $300, the deposit will be $50 or $100, depending on add-on services. * The deposit is applied towards the total cost of your service. * Deposits are transferable one time to a new date if you need to reschedule. Remaining Balance Payments: Accepted via cash, Cash App, Zelle, and card reader. Card Reader Convenience Fee: A 3.5% convenience fee applies when using the card reader. Service Changes: * Please add on all desired services when scheduling your appointment. * No last-minute requests or changes to services on the same day of your appointment. * You may have 48-72 hours to make changes, depending on scheduling availability. * The service booked will be the service delivered. Hair Prep: * Clients should arrive with hair detangled and ready for shampooing. * A detangling fee will be added if hair is not detangled. * If you wish to have your hair detangled, please add this service when booking to ensure enough time is allocated.

Rescheduling: Please reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled time. Failure to do so will require you to book a new appointment with a new deposit. No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notification, you will be charged half the service cost. Time: A 15-minute grace period is provided. Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled after 15 minutes due to high demand. Notification: You will be notified at least 2 hours prior to your appointment if I am running behind schedule.
